Vidalia Valley has been a trusted name in fresh produce since its founding in 1983. Originally known as Manning Farms, Vidalia Valley specializes in processing, repacking, and distributing high-quality whole peeled Vidalia onions, industrial ingredients, condiments, and IQF vegetables.

Position Summary

Vidalia Valley is seeking experienced quality control technicians to work at our Lyons, Georgia, location.

Responsibilities

- Check product quality to make sure it meets USDA, FSA, BRC, and company regulations.
- Package and process fresh produce according to USDA, FDA, BRC and Company regulations.
- Fast paced, team-oriented work environment.
- Factory/warehouse will be at cooler setting everyday.
- Associates are expected to be here every day they are scheduled be on time and stay for their entire shift.
- Products weigh between 1 oz up to 50 pounds.
- Hours of operation are from 7 am to order completions, no set end time. 40+ Hours a week.
- We operate Monday-Saturday.
- We do pay time and half for overtime.
